Services

If you purchase a service from us, you have a period of 2 months to complete it. Otherwise, the business assumes no responsibility for any price changes or the possible discontinuation of the service. Additionally, if you wish to schedule the service at specific times and days only, it is advisable to check our operating hours and appointment availability before purchasing. Otherwise, the business assumes no responsibility if the service cannot be performed.

If you purchase a service and book an appointment, and you need to change it, the change is  accepted ONLY 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. In a different case, the business assumes no responsibility and your money is not refunded. The same applies in the case where you cancel the appointment and do not show up. If you need to change the appointment and the next available slot is after two months. the company assumes no responsibility and your money is not refundable.

Finally, if you purchase a service marked with “please contact us for possible CONTRAINDICATIONS,” the business assumes no responsibility if the treatment cannot be performed.

In all the above cases, refunds are NOT provided.

ARTICLE 5 – Refund Policy (Refunds, Exchanges & Refunds)

Returns

If you purchased a product or service online with us, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 3 days from the day of receipt. In case of opened packaging or damage to the product or if you lose the receipt, your money will not be refunded.

A necessary condition for returns to be accepted is that the products being returned must be in excellent condition, in their original shipping packaging, with the purchase receipt included.

According to EU rules, the seller must repair, replace, reduce the price, or refund you if the products you purchased prove to be defective or do not appear or function as advertised.

Return shipping costs will be covered by the buyer.

If you purchased a service online with us, you have the right to cancel your order within 2 days. NOTE: If any of the above conditions in Article 4 apply, the business assumes no responsibility, and no refunds will be provided.

Exchanges & Changes

If the country of destination is Greece when you choose to change and exchange a product for another product of the same value, we will cover the shipping costs the first time you change and change it, but if you choose to change and change it again, you will be charged the shipping cost.
