If you purchased a product online with us, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 3 days from the delivery day.

Necessary condition for the returns to be accepted is the products that will be returned to be in excellent condition in the original shipping package and with the purchase receipt enclosed.

According to EU rules, the merchant must repair, replace, reduce the price or refund you if the products you bought turn out to be defective or do not look or work as advertised.

If you purchase a service from us, you have a period of 2 months to complete it. Otherwise, the business assumes no responsibility for any price changes or the possible discontinuation of the service. Additionally, if you wish to schedule the service at specific times and days only, it is advisable to check our operating hours and appointment availability before purchasing. Otherwise, the business assumes no responsibility if the service cannot be performed.

If you purchase a service and book an appointment, and you need to change it, the change is  accepted ONLY 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. In a different case, the business assumes no responsibility and your money is not refunded. The same applies in the case where you cancel the appointment and do not show up. If you need to change the appointment and the next available slot is after two months. the company assumes no responsibility and your money is not refundable.

Finally, if you purchase a service marked with “please contact us for possible CONTRAINDICATIONS,” the business assumes no responsibility if the treatment cannot be performed.

In all the above cases, refunds are NOT provided.
